The administrator of personal data is MTL S.C. with its registered office in Łódź at 10 B Starorudzka Street.

The legitimacy of collecting data of candidates for employees results from the Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labor and Social Policy of December 10, 2018 on employee documentation (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation).

Personal data of candidates for employees are processed for the purpose of proper and lawful conduct of recruitment campaigns, taking action before concluding a contract between MTL S.C. and the employee. Storing applications for future recruitments or processing data beyond the scope indicated in the Regulation is based on consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time, which is tantamount to a request to delete data, but the processing that took place before its withdrawal will remain lawful.

Candidates have the right to request from MTL S.C. access to personal data concerning them, rectification or deletion of data, and in justified cases to request limitation of their processing.
